Return & Exchange Policy
CLOSEGRIP products do not exsist before you order them, this is an enviromentally sound way to manufacture products as it reduces waste and overprodcution to 0%. This means our capacity to hold phycial stock is limited meaning we do not accept nor can proccess returns or refunds on items *Unless the they are defective. While we strive to never have this happen, if it does, you will be offered a replacement Garment and a full refund upon us reciving an email attatched with images of the defects :)

Shipping Policy
As a General rule owing to our enviromentally minded methodology production and shipping of your garment will take between 4-13 days from order. However times vary depending on the specific garment, this will be clarifed as you check out :)
